Coverage

  • Structural Warranty: All shipping containers are covered under a 12-month structural warranty, protecting against major defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Wind & Watertight Guarantee: Used containers are certified wind and watertight (WWT) at the time of delivery, ensuring protection from weather conditions.

  • HVAC & Special Units: Containers with built-in HVAC or electrical modifications are covered by a 6-month limited warranty on installed systems (heating, cooling, insulation, and related equipment).

What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects or faults in material quality.

  • Structural failures that compromise the integrity of the container (such as frame bending, floor collapse, or faulty door seals).

  • Delivery damages reported immediately upon arrival.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear from usage.

  • Cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, or paint fading after delivery.

  • Damage caused by improper handling, relocation, or modifications after delivery.

  • Electrical or HVAC issues resulting from improper installation or incorrect power supply.

  • Containers exposed to extreme misuse, fire, or hazardous chemicals not declared at the time of purchase.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

    • Free repair or replacement of the defective part/unit.

    • A suitable replacement container (like-for-like condition).

    • Refund or credit toward a future purchase, depending on the situation.
