1. What types of containers do you sell?

We offer a wide range of new and used shipping containers, including standard 20ft and 40ft units, high-cube models, HVAC containers, and customized solutions. All units are wind and watertight, structurally sound, and quality-checked before delivery.


2. How long will it take to receive my container?

For deliveries within the United States, standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 10–15 business days. We also offer expedited delivery options, which can be discussed with our support team.


3. What should I prepare before delivery?

To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure:

The site is level, clear, and accessible for our delivery trucks.

There is adequate space for unloading (we recommend at least 80 feet of clearance for 40ft containers).

Our team can safely maneuver the HIAB truck or trailer into position.
If you’re unsure, our support team can help you determine the requirements.


4. Do the containers come with a warranty?

Yes. All containers are backed by our comprehensive warranty, which covers structural integrity, watertight seals, and HVAC system functionality (if applicable). This ensures you can buy with confidence, knowing your investment is protected.


5. Can I return a container if I change my mind?

We offer a 30-day return policy. To qualify, the container must be in the same condition as when it was delivered. Please review our Return Policy for full details or contact support@autogasparts.eu for assistance.


6. Do you provide container modifications?

Yes. Many of our containers can be customized for offices, storage, or living spaces. Options include adding insulation, HVAC, electrical connections, doors, and windows. Contact our support team to discuss your specific requirements.


7. How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of $350 for both domestic and international deliveries. This includes HIAB unloading at your location. Additional costs may apply if the site requires extra preparation or is outside standard delivery zones.


8. Do you price match?

Yes. If you receive a verified written quote for the same grade and condition of container at a lower price, we will do our best to match that offer.
